By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to the following:

Orders & Payments

• All garments are hand-smocked and made to order with care

• Pre-order deposits are non-refundable

• The remaining balance is due once your item arrives

• Payments can be made securely via PayPal or Klarna

• By placing an order, you confirm all sizes, measurements, and details are correct

 

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the bespoke and handmade nature of our pieces, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind

• This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015

• In the unlikely event of a genuine fault, please contact us promptly so the matter can be reviewed

 

Handmade Variations

• Minor variations in stitching, colour, or design are inherent to handmade garments and are not considered faults

• Clients are responsible for ensuring all sizes, measurements, and order details are correct before confirmation

Intellectual Property

• All designs, garments, smocking patterns, images, and written content are the intellectual property of Dream Smocks®

• Dream Smocks® is a registered trademark

• Our original designs are protected by UK copyright law
• Copying, reproducing, or using our designs for commercial purposes without permission is not permitted

• We kindly ask fellow businesses to respect original work — infringement may result in formal action

 

Delays & Liability

 

• We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion
